Just One Posted August 7, 2006 Share Posted August 7, 2006 My brother and I are headed to Ludington fri. morning to hopefully stay here till sunday. Does anybody know were we could launch a boat thats close to Buttersville Campground. Were taking his boat, a 16fter. Some place cheap would be nice. Were even open to suggestions as someplace else to stay. Were taking the truck, 5th wheel, and his boat so I little drive to the lake is fine. Lets cross our fingers and hope for good weather! too deep Posted August 7, 2006 Share Posted August 7, 2006 Well if you stay at Buttersville (if you can get in) there is a lauch just down the road by the cross. Quick, easy, and FREE!!! Otherwise if you go all the way back into Ludington go down Washington to Copyeon Park which is also free. There is the Loomis lauch which is $7 a day and will dump you really close to lake michigan.
