After the nasty tangle we had right at sunrise, I was thrilled to not loose any more fish and actually get those two! It was a great time. Congrats to all of the teams; gorgeous day to be fishing! Rich Rich I think you are a little confused. Seems Nick knows Farmer Larry (Rat city hooker), the number 1 fish farmer on the water LOL Larry has been giving the boy lessons on his long distance release techique. Then we had a little flurry before things went dead again. The *^*** biting flies, wish I had some insect spray. Thanks for the ride over Nick, don't let Caz give ya to much grif over farming cuz if he would sharpen his hooks the fish would stay stuck. Congrates to Sara C and the rest of the boats that placed. I opened up the stomachs on the 3 fish I brought home and all 3 were full of alwives, hope thats a good sign as far as the bait fish go. This was the first time this I found anything in their bellys this year.Here is Catfishhoge at the weigh in weighing his fish. He went from 2nd place to 4th place in points. We started the morning with a double, and all we caught was a tangled mess. When we were trying to get our tangles in the boat, a fish hit a tangled up dipsy. We promply lost that fish, too. Just trying to do my part the the L. MI fishing Before it was all said and done, we cut off and re-tied 5 out of the six lines we were running.
