Made one pass beyond the piers and decided it wasn't worth it, so stayed in the channel area and such. One fish on, couldn't tell what it was. Saw many of the perchers anchors not holding either. It's nice to see the CG out there protecting us. I'm glad you had all the required stuff. You would be surprised at what they find or don't find in their inspections.
