Fished saturday evening and sunday morning out of pentwater. Started just north of the dunes around the nets saturday evening. The fishing was slow with only a couple of hits until we found a pocket of fish in 60 fow and then the action was fast. Short lead cores 3-7 colors with ace hi double glow plugs were hot as well as the 11" white pro troll hotchip with oceana rapture fly 50' down on a rigger. Wire divers 60-85' back with the 8" green/glow prochip and wild fern fly also worked great.

Sunday morning started with great action using short lead cores and plugs. Water was 65 degrees on top but in the 40's not far below. As the sun came up stingray double orange crush, orange killer and killer tangerine spoons were hot on the lead cores. The 30-50 ft range produced most of our fish but we also did well shallower and deeper than that. South troll was most productive with a lot of fish hitting while changing speeds. Lots of immature fish in the 4-8lb range but still a fair amount of mature fish around too.
