GLF Posted July 20, 2008 Share Posted July 20, 2008 My wife and I did not have a baby sitter on Friday, so I took the day off and decided to spend the day on the lake prefishing for the tourney on Sunday with my boys and wfs(Brett).I met wfs at the dock at 5am. We prepped the boat and headed out around 5:30am. We were greated with 2-4' waves when we hit the pier heads. We ran out to 130FOW and about 1.5 miles North.We fished till 11am and only managed 2 bites. We boxed both of those fish(4lb and 6lb king).One of the kings came on a Purple #4 J-plug on a rigger set at 110'. The other king came on a full core with a 4oz dive bomb with a Stingray size Killer Dolphin.It was a tough day on the lake for 2 bites. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
