Sounds like impeller is intermittently Binding up or plugged water outlet , good mechanic should easily trace issue!

Late start 8am 2-3 ft waves, windy,water temp44degrees could only troll south variations due to waves -2 Kings 12&15 lbs 1st King9:30am. Downrigger 32 down in 60 fow, standard size Blue Jeans spoon 2.7 speed at the ball, 2 nd King 15 lber on 200 cu in 70 fow chrome blue blk spin doctor Aqua blue fly we would troll south a couple hrs , pickup gear run back up north set up and troll south again Konablue1 18 ft Lund Tyee kept us relatively dry as we went back north into waves good shakedown trip-Say IT -KING ME!!
