  1. After a year and a half of a job that took me out of the city/fishing/etc I'd like to extend a warm welcome back to myself!!!! Roflmao! And yes, yes I will be in some sort of tournament series to kick your arses! Or.... I'll be around if nothing else to make ya laugh when I can!!! T I'll be following along more frequently, have to get back in the swing of things! On vacation this week, really doing nothing except catching up on sleep/family time!!!!
  2. Oh This I gotta see! If you know/have fished with Mike (GLF obviously), You'll know how incredibly neat/organized/ocd he is (lol)! Gonna strap a diaper on that dog while he's on the boat boss??!?!?!

Bought a Silverado new at the end of 03. Took a cruise January of 04. Had a friend watching the house/moving my trucks around in the driveway, well was supposed to anyway.... The little buggers chewed the insulation on the firewall and built nests with it on top of the intake. They didn't chew on wires or anything, must just be a blue oval thing . Don't even get me going on how they build nests under the intake of the generator in the shed. Big fan of Dcon.
  6. Man I missed alot this year..... (But made alot of money)!!! I did it and it worked ok. Have a handheld, put the laptop in the cuddy, used a program called MapsendTopo and it worked just fine, was just a pain in the arse when the battery died (lol) since I left the cord home I was done. I have a nice Lowrance for the phish, and instead of the 200 buck antenna which will cut my screen in half for GPS, I'm going to buy the lake map for my car GPS and bring that for the future! My lowrance screen isn't as big as some peoples (GLF)!!! T
  7. Hmmmm.... Never been called scurvy before.... arrrggggh...... Yea, yea, what he said....!!
  8. Hehehehe..... If you were somewhat like me bro, (which you were with the bass)! I still have the walleye gear, just gotta blow the dust off it and get to walleyeing!!!!!!
  9. There's alot of could be's..... Could be coil, could be points, could be power pack (personal experience), the best part is diagnosing it in its failed state (The power pack plagued me do to it would cool off while "diagnosing" and fire back up again!) Mine was a '73 65 horse Evinrude!!!
  10. http://www.sportsmansvision.com/view_video.php?viewkey=850243be8079a5c74d07 An instructional my Mike (GLF) himself on his other website!!! T
  11. I unfortunately am going to have to bow out of the West Michigan Fishing League this year. I don't like doing this because Rich was going to get the beating of his life this year on the water. I will still be fishing out of Muskegon, and Ludington this year so let out a shout if your out. I may be available to sub or crew if someone gets into a jam, but I can't guarantee anything. I apologize! Dv8oR Tim
  12. It is a great video! I might look into a professional magazine (GLA May '08) star for future videos though!!!
  13. Welcome to here Teach!!! Great (as you probably already know) group of guys/gals here with lots of valuable information. I get up to Ludville a couple few times a year to fish with my bro in law there. (mostly fish outta Muskegon) but maybe we'll see ya out there!!!!
  14. Nice! Bottom line is at least you were out there getting something wet! I'll never forget my first time fishing Linwood. It wasn't too terribly long ago.... I put my 1973 16' with a 65 horse Evinrude in the water right after 200 boats went out for the Lind Classic. A buddy of mine told me to go over there and pull some crawler harnesses around with bottom bouncers, so I did. Came back with a box of nice eyes, and continued to run back and forth for about a month.
  15. I start off with fulls..... Due to reasons beyond my control, they continue to vary in length all the way til the end of the season and I ended up with a 4, a 5, a 6, and a 7... lol.....
  16. Hey!!! I live in Cedar Springs, and obviously fish Muskegon regularly! My only problem is time!!!! I could help, shoot me a pm and we'll talk more!!!!!!
  17. I get up there a couple times a year. Bro in Law lives there and saves me the trouble of pulling my boat! I usually go up (its only hour or so away), Once in June (due to fathers day weekend being at his house) Once in July, Once in August! Always love Ludington!
  18. Nice! And thanks for the report!!! I was going to still venture out myself, but ended up chasing the ole lady around the house!!! (Grandparents had the kid---- wooo hooo)
  19. Ok, Ok.... Due to popular demand..... If you bring your magazine to the tourney this Sunday, I'll be signing autographs for a short time at the weigh in, after I get done kicking Caz's butt!
  20. HEY! When do the checks start rollin' in?!?!?!?
  21. If you have a seperate "trailer" button on shifter like mine and a prior boat I had, did you try that too? I've had it where the trim switch in the shifter was bad for trimming the drive up and the trailer switch/button still brought the drive up so I used the trim switch just for down and the trailer switch just for up. Follow me? I hope that came out right, its 6:30am on Sunday and the coffee just started to go down!
