how many of you got to see the fly over of the presadental funneral in grand rapids today what a awsome site ,while i was at work today around 2:30 this afternoon i heard a very loud rumble coming from the west as i was out side dealing with truck driver ,then when i looked over the building i seen the first of the f-15s fly over in formatoin so low that you could see the full detail on the under side of the plain as they where in grand rapids, and as i told my kids about this tonight as i was watching it at home on tv i must have seen them fly over my home close to 20 times in an hour from 4:00 to 5:00 this was quite a site and my girls{9 and 13} would run outside every time they would hear them come though all i can say is WOOOOW!

ya diawas are good i have them as mono diver reels and allso have 4 47h,s for rigger reels

im woundering what you guys that run wire divers use for a reel i just purchest a couple new rods and now im lookng for a pair of quality reels for them for under 100 dollars a peice any suggjustions will help:)

what a nice day to be out on the water even if it isnt big lake trolling well this is who it went i got up around 8:00 and was board out of my mind by 8:30 and started thinking the gills and specks must be in the wintering areas ,and with nothing ealse to do i hooked up the old 15ft sea nymph and headed out ,becouse if nothing eles it was a nice day to go for a boat ride{only time i can remember rideing at 35 mph across the lake on the day before new years eve in my shirt sleeves} i started fishing around 1:oo and quit around 4:30 with my limet of 25 {a mix of specks 9 to 13 in. and gill in the 8 to 9 in. range} and a 17 in. walley the fish where in 8 to 10 feet of water and the temp. was 39.7 ps all the fish came on smalll minnows and ice jigs 4 ft under a bobber looks like a new years eve fish fry for my:grin:

i have never used one of these ether, and mainly go by the way hit man dos it . and he is write the fish on your sceeen are there for a reason

the todd farm is a wild life refuge run by the state of mi. its in allegen co. near fennville and is primarrily a waterfoul refuge to get into the draw you can check with the local lisence dealers sometime in aug. and get the paper work and send a post card in with your info{there is no info or way to apply on the web} and if you are succsesful they will notify you by mail ,it dose not happen every year thouhgt this is only the third one in 6 years so it is more or less a toss up of it will happen next year or not, they do not decide till july

as the tittle states i was drawn for the todd farm management hunt yesterday {does only:angry2: } WHAT A BLAST to start ,there where 100 hunters on the refuge and serounding areas {35 in the refuge and 65 seurronding } with a gole of killing 200 deer to help the surrounding farmer and to get the deer of the area for the hunters this was the largest staged deer drive one could amagen i look 3 does in 20min {2, 2 1/2 year olds and 1 at 4 1/2}and sat for 1 hour to watch it all unfold , what a amazeing site as i seen 405 deer at last count with 137 of them being bucks of all sizes even a 170 class 12 pt. non tipical that was shot on privet land behind where i was sitting this buck had a out side spread of 29.75 in and its shortest tine length was 9 inches i sure wish i had a good digetal cam. becouse this was a amazeing event . also to finish a good weekend out i fished the lower kalamazoo this after noon with my father and we went 5 for 7 on stealys {all of witch where released} p.s at one time i had a heard on 11 buck stand 40 yard away and could not shoot do to does only hunt:mad:

explain one thing ,why where they stealing dogs in the first place

not yet lead lover ,most lakes in allegan co. are still wide open do to the 8 plus inches of snow, but there should be some forming on some of the channel on area lakes soon, last year i was fishing on dec. 10 on a chanle on gun lake but it was gone by x-mas and did no retearn till feb 28

if it was my call i would charge them MORONS with larsony and brakeing and entering and not think twice
