nice job phill nice to be catching fish like those this early

we were fishing about 3 ft of water. none of the fish we got had eggs in them so i dont know if the were spawned out already. im asumeing they were all males. but i was wondering if anyone knows do the males come in first and get the beds ready like i here some other kinds of fish do

my wife teresa and i went to a lake in van buren county for some crappie fishin this evening fished for about an hour and then the rain came but boated this mess for dinner. fished around the lillypads with minnows under a bobber biggest was 11.5 in down to 9 in and a couple perch threw in for good measure

i found the same thing sunday when we went to luther they are just starting up there also. found 103 in 7hrs of hunting a nice little mess for dinner

thks for the trip adam and phill always fun fishin with you guys but i think it made it even better havein glf and the dog down with us jumpin on the radio and foolin around as the day went on

i was just wondering if anyone has made the trip north for shroom hunting. my wife and i are thinking of going up to luther to her sisters house on sunday but dont want to make the long trip if there not up yet. and gas over 2 dollars again

im just wondering has the steelhead run started up there yet or is it almost over. down here on the k-zoo and the rabbit things have slowed to a standstill for teresa and me anyway. dont know if there almost done or if another big run is on its way

has anyone on here heard anything about the dnr wanting to take out the dam on the rabbit R. in hamilton. dont sound like a good idea to me if its true

ya he might have been able to avoid him but if you ask me nascar was alot more exciteing to watch a few years ago when there werent so many rules. bang em hit em raceing thats the way to go

my wife and i first went out with dirty dog and loved it. think it was in 2006

after terry talked me into buying one a couple years ago i wont ice fish without it, my vexilar that is. it improves your ice fishing 100%. and 300$ isnt a lot when you think how much you spend on any other sport. i got a limit of crappies this morning over on swan from 10:30-1:30 and couldnt do it with out a lot of luck if i didnt have it cause the fish where in 17ft of water up around 12-14 ft.

see i told ya jay we were doing good on swan. you guys just have to get out of bed before 2pm to catch fish

the story behind that terry was i caught a small gill and threw it in sea-macs hole. so i was fertilizing his hole so he could catch some more fish. it sounded better on the ice. fun had by all and a few laughs
