  1. You might want to edit that post, unless your saying "we" as in 50 of your friends. at 15 per licensed anlger, you might be a tad over:grin: Someone may be coming knocking:eek: Some things are best left un said.
  2. Nice job griz:) Would like to get out and run some plastic soon myself, just need a ride:D:lol:
  3. Well, plans changed. Not going now:(. Guess next year. Have a week vac. Sept. 10 and going then for the pinks and kings. Just have to wait now for my U.P. fix:D
  4. Excellent job! Are you sure their moving north, or are you just thinning the school from the south side of it:lol:
  5. Nice Adam, way to go. Something about that purple, its really going strong.
  6. Sounds like a nice big boat once you get it on the water:) Atleast you have a back up boat. I've been getting rides myself for a few years since I don't have a large enough boat for big water (only 14'). Been doing good on the eyes on sag. bay, nothing like last year. Won't be long and it will be salmon time. I've never fished Erie, but hope to make a trip sometime. Hear they get some hog eyes in the fall. Hope everything works out on the boat, and you have some time to get her in the water this year. Good luck and tight lines:grin:.
  7. Things are looking good!.........http://www.lssu.edu/arl/fishcam.php
  8. Well D.D., you come up with a decision yet:confused: Got lots of walleye to bring over and fry up:D
  9. Sounds like a great day on da bay! Hope to meet him sometime, sounds like a fish killer!
  10. Nice looking fish Tom! Went with another today out of q-cee and got 5(purple) shallow. Good to see some there with some size to em. We just got pretty much eaters and lost the usaul nice one (about 21") right at boat:lol:
  11. Thanks Tom for letting me ride along again:D Was a beautiful day on the water. Slightly bumpy in morning heading out, but layed down nice, and just enough ripple to keep the bugs away! Too nice of weather out there, was very enjoying even though the catching was slow.
  12. Nice job sticking it out. Thanks for report, heading out this morning.
  13. Looks like you had a great weekend Tony. Good job on the fish. Always great when the kids get to tire out on some fighters:)
  14. Haven't fished there in quite awhile, but used to go for some of the hog perch. Do they still get those out by lighthouse and out from cemetary?
  15. Nice big ole trout there Tony:thumb: A big difference after pulling in all those bay walleye:lol: Great catch!
  16. I've been keeping watch, and its looking good. Think I'll be up on Mon. till fri.
  17. Great job Adam! Looks like some nice fish and good eats:D We just couldn't find them, but stay too far north I think yesterday. The bugs I thought were nuts where we were. We never crossed to eastside of channel at all, or got closer than a mile from bouy 2.
  18. Great job! We were about 3 miles N.W. of 1 and 2, and only 6 to show for an all day trip. Got baked like lobsters and ate quite a few of the bugs(man were they nuts). A bunch of small ones also. Nice looking fish.
  19. Plan on coming up to the soo next week sometime. Anyone doing any good on the Atlantics? Never tried for them, just fish there in Sept., thought I'd give it a try. Plus no one has ever posted yet in this forum, so thought I'd be the first:D
  20. Went again with Shawn "lewy149" on another site. 3 rd trip, 3 limits, we're doing good so far:lol: Set up N.W. out of LBM in 23 fow around 7:30 a.m, about 2-3 miles S.W. of bouy 1. Couldn't get 2nd rod in water at first. A ton of throwbacks(around 25), and had 8 fish fish by 9:30. Took more little ones and a sheep to sort through before 9 and 10 came to boat. Done by 11:30. Was alot of boats out past us towards bouy 2, we stayed south of them. Sounded like everyone was getting fish, with bigger ones to the north. Seemed like everyone on the radio had a nice perch or 2, we got a couple of those also. Crawlers on bouncers on the bottom, and a few fish came high. 1.3-1.7 s.o.g., with a clown style blade being best producer, but everything had alot of fish on each. Just so many small ones, if you didn't have a fish on for 10 to 15 min., you better check because there would be either crawler stolen from short biters, or a throwback a draggin. A ton of fish out there, the future looks awsome!
  21. Keep on em Luke! Good job. Might be over that way during week if I can find a ride:D
  22. Nice job again Tom! Wish I could have made it. How'd the PA's do as far as fish count? Keep it up:D Going in morning with someone, but don't know if we'll make it way out there. I'm guessing you went to same area? Good lookin fish.
  23. 1.3-1.8 s.o.g. with the hanesses and PA's harness. Tried 2.0-2.5 with plastic and spoons.
  24. Not that I know of. Would have thought they were a net anyway:lol:
