  1. we have the same riggers and relsease and we only use one rubber band what we do it hold one side of the band and twist it around the line about 6-10 then it will have two loops and then hook it around the relases
  2. LEAD CORE took half of our fish with 2-4 out and 1 diver and two riggers. the wire wasnt doing it fo us do we put both of them back in the cuddy. but idk i thing we took 3 fish on a wire all year

  4. What I'm not for is the new 3 rod law. Not concerning the boats but the shore or piers. Can't wait to run into the guy on the pier with 6 of his kids along and 21 rods set out.(walleye express) call i can say is reel fast
  5. we i went out and bought a new ice shelter i thought for a 14 year kid that 240$ was a nice price for me so i got it its the clam 2000 cabin style it at www.clamcorp.com/clam_2000.html

  7. i think that the 12 pound rod that we run on our boat makes a difference on clear blue days but i thing that you can get away with 20 on the clouldy days. i like the 12 pound test and a king taking 100 feet out on a run. it gives a whole new challange
  8. ok i think that we might put in on the rest or the cores. after the whole every thing they all went to tiger braid. i dont like the mono on the backing i dont thing that the board pops off as easy. when we put in on there it will be fireline
  9. i was out fishing one time and i was running power pro on our lead core and i looked over and seen that the half core rod was standing strait up in the holder. when we went over to get the borad back it was broken off at the release. the next day we were fishing out on a buddys boat who was running power pro backer like us and when we were fishing we lost two boards at the release and the same night we were talking to a doc buddy and he was running power pro on his rigger rods and to broke off at the rigger releses. i dont know if it was our fault or the bad line?????
  10. i was looking to to a ice shelter i was looking at a fra bill im thing of spending up to 250 what is your guys imput in it
  11. well i got in the blind about 6:25 and waited till about 7:00 untill i seen my first group of does there was about 10 of them i watch them for about 15 minutes and then i seen a doe on a dead run about 150 yards in my south food plot i got my gun up and seen a BIG 6 or 8 i didnt see any brow tines and clicked my safty off and try to stop but i didnt so i put it on his neck and pulled to trigger and click the shell didnt got off so i got another shell in to the chamber and he was all ready gone. i seen about 40 more does and passed up 8 more buck(2,3,4) i wasent taking any thing less than a 6. but the comical thing was there was a mean old doe running the smaller bucks around all day im thinking that next sunday morning that she might have a head full of lead lol

  21. It was a full moon in ludington around late august and the fish around the peir headsand fishing was very good. Me and My grandfather were going to go extra early to see if we could get a early bit. We unloaded the boat and around 2 am and thought to start fishing past the mini peir we were running all glow j-plugs . i had the first two riggers set and just putting the slide diver in the holder when i seen the first rigger bouncing and i called fish on. We had tha fish in teh box just befor the light house. then i had all the rods set and jsut sat down to get a drink of coffee and heard the a reel scream on the 2 core. it was like that for three more hours. we had to pull lins at 5;30 with 6 kings and 4 coho and about 15 lost:lol:. it was a night ill remember for al long time. i thought i see if any one else fished and moon light trip
