    I can't this weekend but we also do this all year long , we don't pass up a ballon and we always pickup debris off the beach , I see these Chinese lanterns as being an issue to Boltman

    We've had a great year, caught some fish , learn to troll with boards, spent some quality time with the woman I love and all in all I feel very blessed to have been able to do all that this summer .... thanks Lord and thanks too all on GLF for a great year of fishing !!!!!! Boltman

    I agree never come into pier heads fast at night and I always run 1/2 mile offshore and sqaure up to the lights on the piers I run with a plotter and radar and lasiks hahaha and still go slow I don't get it the lighthouse was to his Starboard side , that's just wrong and up on plane , does anyone else ride out along the shore .???? I don't really like the dry ramp!!!! Boltmans

    We went to many glaciers yeast ready and saw a cow moose feeding in the water , that right there was on the wife's bucket list to see a moose in the wild , didn't see a Bull moose but I told her she cannot be gender specific haha and hiking is not one of our favs to do. It's been a great trip one more day to go . Boltman

    Nice big king story , one day soon , I had a 25 pound king ... Avatar pick took 45 minutes to bring in he had just had wheaties for breakfast and fought the whole time I think it's Ludington they exercise in that water, doesn't compare to 36lbs though

    Went up to going to the sun yesterday , holy crap took a hike at Jacobs Pass to see hidden lake , I'm so damn sore I can hardly walk and it ain't cause I'm celebrating my 10 year anniversary either , that walk was a bitch , we're heading north and west today , the hotel mattress is from one of the fallen rocks hahaha

    Holy crap all that's been producing good numbers for me are my dipseys , my riggers have almost never produced but I also think my boat puts out a lot of vibrations ... So I've been running out a country mile on everything as well .

    Oh man..... Let me tell you guys , these mountains are Awesome ,breath taking to say the least and they have some really beautiful lakes in the I just want to get out there and troll for the Lockness of whatever fish is down there. I'll try to Post pics after the holiday for sure .

    Very interesting post... I say let's just start dragging nets it will be so much easier 100ft back 60 feet down oh and we're fishing for white fish..... Easier than fighting the big ones

    No doubt .... We've thought about fishing well into the morning and well we've gotten back at 1:00 am ..... It's hard to get up when your woman is right beside you ..... And you know laying next to your woman is always better than landing a stinky Salmon any morning .... Hahaha we're Going to do some morning fall fishing though . Probably in ludington

    Awesome my pre dawn spread hasn't improved I'm still having issues with the comforter , it keeps me all warm and snug I always set the alarm then say screw it the fish will be there later !!

    I don't know what it's called but it's purple and pink and it's been deadly I'll look not up today 207 feet back !!! Fish were just sitting in the Thermocline which was 100 feet down and attacking out of that. Then once I got this king in the board lite up and I had nothing down , through 3 more lines down and nothing bit ...... Don't know what to think , how does Dan Keating have a 15 fish per trip average .... What does he do differently ???? Fish can be all over the place and I can't get them to bite , WTH ??? At least I didn't get skunked yeah know , but damn I want to fill that cooler !!!!!

    Went out around 7 pm trolled south for about two hours lots of fish no takers until I pulled lines , big king ripped the wire dipsey 22lb 1/1 I'll take it
