Where can I find the Zboards online?
-
I have been using the orange SST boards and I found out that they are no longer being manufactured. What is a good board to use for leadcore and copper?

Nice job, that must of been tough fishing

My dad and are planning on fishing out of ludington Saturday and we thought we would try and hook up with you guys, weather permitting.

Went out Friday afternoon from about 2:00 until 8:30. Wind was out of the north and the surface temp was not much over 40 degrees with down temps lower than that. Did manage to go 4/4 with 1 steelhead, 1 laker and 2 kings. Everything came on boards with leadcore.
Spent the night on the boat with my son at the Ludington Marina, got out on the water and got lines in by 5:30 and had 2 kings by 6:30, then nothing else the rest of the morning. We fished in 125 to 200 fow and the temps had not really changed from Friday. We went in around 10:00 a.m.
Went back out about 2:00 p.m. Saturday to go after steelhead and mark net bouys on the gps. Went straight out to 170' and worked our way s.w. to 100'.
While working around the nets we landed a nice 8# steelhead and a 5# steelhead bang bang. Surface temps in these areas was mid to high 50's with down temps in the mid 40's.
Bright colored spoons, yellow and orange on silver being the best. Very nice weather to be out, just need the water temps to straighten out.

My dad and I got out in Ludington about 10:30 a.m., fished until 3:00. Overcast and rainy, and the wind picked up at times. We did catch 3 salmon, one at 12#, the other two probably around 3#. The first two came on cut bait using Captain John Black Mamba rig. I had some bait left from last summer in the freezer, it was kind of mushy and yellow, but the 12# salmon hit it hard and swallowed the trebles. All fish were caught in around 200' of water.
Very nice day to be on the water, even though we had to wear our rain suits all day:)

My Dad and I will try and go out of Ludington tomorrow mid morning. Has anyone been out and had any luck in Ludville?

Don't the Catalinas have more bearings than the Convectors?

What is your brine recipe, if it is not a secret.

what comes in handy is when you have dual fuel tanks and are trolling on one motor alot, the boat lists to one side from the heavier fuel tank on the motor that is not trolling. You can offset this with the trim tabs.
