i think only if its off a toilet seat...otherwise the wife gets very mad.

ill give that a shot ive been letting my thumb glide on the reel...that has helped a lot

ive had problems with 45 pound copper...but only letting it out.wants to backlash in the reel...once its out its great

i recently went to a salmon seminar and listened to capt.vince from the saint say that he very rarely goes out past 75 feet...(i say 75 ft not as a quote...i dont know exactly how deep...but not very)what do you guys think of that....

i dont think its a bad thing to put it on...i just dont ,myself...but i 100 percent doubt it will hurt..if you already bought it i would use it.

ive tried the red powerpro...i cant say it improved my catch...ive been using flourocarbon leader and that disapears the minute it hits the water in my opinion...red does disapear the fastest so i understand the concept behind it..i just dont think its that big a concern for fishing salmon...(besides the fact that after a month the power pro red turns white and they tell you to die it again with a red sharpie)

my rigger documents say they will handle 20# they are cannon mag 5 electrics so i figure 15 would be pretty safe...

this topic has probably been run into the dirt already...but im looking at getting heavier cannonballs...probably 15# im open to style at this point...i hear pancake are great with not blowing back much...but are hell in current...round being somewhat opposite...im leaning towards round for the current issues...what do you guys think?

if anyone is like me .... during the winter you always think about the new toy you want to get for the boat next year...what have you guys bought for the boat this year...i ended up with the new fish finder...but mainly new tackle purchases
