R-turn Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 Got out late so we did not start fishing until 11:00 am. Started in 80 FOW, marked bait and fish until 100 FOW. The fish were still from the top to the bottom. Ended up 1 for 2 and quit at 3:00 pm. A small king on the downrigger at 40 feet. The one we lost was a steelhead on a half core. Had it on until the fifth jump and then the hooks pulled. At the fish cleaning station there were a couple of people cleaning perch. Looks like summer is finally coming.
