my 4 sons left PUG and I back at the dock and sure enough are getting into em!

Had two quick hits in Mac setting up worked that for a while nothing more going.  Headed out to work the plume got some sheep including an absolute toad.  Decided to head out to 45-50’ to find some cold water got about halfway out there Spode diver got ripped.  I stepped on my thunderstick getting to the rod. RIP bro we had some times.  With the skunk out we headed back in and picked up another king on the same slide diver both on a mag green jeans.  
 

Not bad for a last minute pick up trip where we chickened out of fishing Saugatuck based on the forecast, only to fish in mild rollers with no wind and all the storms well away…

the gang and I struggled... lost 1 king south from piers in the 28fow on green jeans mag copp100 and then proceeded to boat 12 sheephead in a row over the next few hours - was fun but anticlimactic after a while - had numerous other hook ups that came undone early on and who knows maybe they were kings??

graph was nuts in there off the south end... son will try again tomorrow off his rowboat!

at 9am here Monday morning my 15yr old fishing alone in his rowboat just picked one up next to south pier - from photo appears to be mag spoon and I wanna say he said 3color

...another homeschooling victory!

Oh come on now for S&G we added up what my oldest’s tuition has been and it’s over $500k to date with two more years at $100k per year to go.  Scholarships made that possible but that’s not a sustainable business model…

my 15yr old here on Thursday morning just netted the biggest king we seen all year in 30fow off Holland south pier on his rowboat all alone

went on metal boat with 15yr old son this Thursday night off Holland. Lots of fish marking on the Garmin. We knew kings were in there because of the lunker he had gotten alone on rowboat in the morning. Lots of sheephead. 3 color had a king on mag moonshine greenjeans but she came off. Then the other 3 color with size3 mongoose starts screaming 20min after sunset. Not a king but instead a monster steelhead! Jumped 10 times. Anyways, didn't have to clean fish tonight because it was master angler and so beautiful that PUG voted we get it mounted
