Elm Grove to bring covered creek back to daylight

For more than half a century, Underwood Creek has dropped into a concrete culvert at Watertown Plank Road and streamed south in its enclosure for 900 feet toward Wall St. Some want to free the creek flowing underground through downtown Elm Grove.
