Steve Arend Posted March 27, 2006 Share Posted March 27, 2006 Well, I was able to get the boat out for the shake-down cruise Saturday morning along with Hoot aboard. We ran pass Catfish as he was setting up at the pier heads and ran down to the pumping station and set-up in between the sand bars. Stayed on the troll all the way down to the chalets then turned around and trolled back end up going 4 for 5 with a nice 7 1/2lb brown, 2lb brown and (2) Coho. With out given away any secrets for next weekend most fish were on body baits. By the time we got back to the pumping station we had all of 3-4 footers.Things that I foregot to do: Change prop, put spoon box in boat, Make up mote leaders, find plug for live well.Steve Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
