barley35
Does anyone have any pictures of down riggers placed on a 24 foot bayliner ciera? The one I'm looking at does not have any. Would it be better to install rod holders then use gimbal mounts on the riggers? Also wondering about a radar arch? Just looking for suggestions.Thanks. Line Dancin
here is the way I did mine on my Cierra. I am trying to remember the name of the bases I used. they are a ball type mount and narrow enough for the narrow back of the boat. Versa ball mounts. franks great outdoors has them. http://www.franksgreatoutdoors.com/versa-ball.html

barley35
Thanks for the picture. The boat I am looking at has a walk thru transom. I was hoping for ideas that don't include a board. Although I am not entirely against it.
