  6. Fished solo from 7 to 9:30 and went 4 for 8 - all kings 21, 16, 9 and 8 pounds. Everything on downriggers at 60ft in 120 to 140 FOW south of the pier. The hot spoon is below! It was a great morning! Sent from my iPad using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
  7. Fished 8:30 to 12:30 in 50 to 60 FOW off the pier. Went 2 for 2 with a 18# and 17# king off my center rigger down 42 ft. Pics of spoons attached.   8. Had lines set about 7:30, fished to noon and ended up 5/5 with a king, steelhead and 3 lake trout! The king came just after sunrise in 95 FOW on a rigger down 70 with a Moonshine flounder pounder. The steelhead came in 150 FOW on a 5 color with a orange/gold spoon. The lake trout all came on a rigger with a silver w/green spots spin doctor and a yellow spin n glo between 140 and 155 fow down 140 ft. Generally was trolling NW/SE based on the wind/waves.   12. 3 lake trout this morning on a silver/grn spots. Spin doctor and a yellow/orange spots spin-n-glo on a downrigger. Fish caught in 125 to 135 FOW down 120 to 130 based on fish hawk.   15. Headed out again this morning. Lines set in 100 FOW heading to south. Lots of makes and baitfish again, especially in the 120 to 150 FOW depths. Turned back north and covered the same area with plenty of marks but no takers. Finally got a shaker lake trout on a grn/white spoon while checking lines then landed a 4lb lake trout on Silver w/grn dots spin doctor and a yellow spin n glow down at the bottom in 135 FOW. Surface temp 68 and it was 42 dog down 120 ft. At least fresh fish for dinner! I think the salmon are allergic to me! Sent from my iPad using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
  16. Trolled between 120 and 160 FOW with plenty of marks and bait fish on the graph. No takers. Tried spoons, flies, paddles, spin doctors, whirly gigs to no avail.   17. Fished solo from 7:00 to 11:00 and went 1 for 2. Lost a decent fish while setting the third line as I had to get the net out! (White paddle/white&blue fly, rigger down 120 in 125 FOW heading west) Hooked a 7 lb coho on a white paddle trolling east in 130FOW on a white paddle/white & blue fly on a rigger down 100 in 135 FOW trolling east) Radio chatter indicted mixed results but the action was generally in 90 to 130 FOW. Fished all morning and caught 2 nice kings 14 & 17 pounds. 14 lbs on a dispey moonshine v back 180 back in 155 FOW, NW troll 17 lbs on a 300 copper, flounder pounder in 180 FOW, SE troll Missed a couple of lakers late in the morning trolling back in 155 FOW. On a mixed veggies meat rig 135 down on rigger. A couple of other hits that didn't hook up. Nice morning with more roll on the lake than forecasted.   21. Got set-up about 7:30 and headed NW starting in 110 fow. Got to 145 turned back to the SE and had a 17# King hit the 300 copper with a blue/green spoon with a red eye on it. Trolled awhile around this area and finally headed toward the pier and hit a nice fat coho on the same 300 copper in about 90 fow. I missed the hot bite at sunrise in shallow 80-100 fow) based on the radio chatter. fun morning!
  22. Trolling around 2.2 kts and the flasher was about 30-35 ft behind the ball

Fished solo again out of Grand Haven as the wife was off on a girls weekend.Headed NW starting in 120 FOW and found kings in 130 to 140 FOW. #1. 10.5 # king on a white paddle and blue fly down 82 (fish hawk depth) Swung around to SE and #2 a 20 # king hit a large wonderbread spoon on a 300 Copper. Circled back to the NW and landed a 5# lake trout on a white/blue magnum spoon 90 down. Headed back SE and landed fish # 4, a 20# king on the same paddle/fly as the first king, 88 down. Decided to head in as the cooler was getting full And I was getting tired!
