I am wanting full color.
Give Steve a call, he can probably work it out. he did my boat vinyl for me and its multi-color,multi-layer.

Anyone know of a place that can make custom decals of my banner?
A friend of mine does vinyl decals, signs, race cars (and race mowers )
I'm sure he can do decals similar to the ones M-S.com offers.
Give him a call,

got a crew, if thats what you would call RCH and huntingfool.
I'll go along with the group as for food, it all sounds good to me.

Great article Mike, very informative. However, you left out where to obtain said finish materials and guesstamate cost? Ok fishdog guys, do you have this stuff in your arsenal?
-
I plan to be there helping out the Fishdog guys for the whole show. After 2 days with Mark and Steve, I may need a sanity check

I should have marked friend/invite. Adjusted's the one that told me about it.

Thanks Jim. well written article.

welcome to the site McFly

I use the special mate boxes. A little pricey at $50.00 but teh hold a ton of spoons and you can getthe body model for body baits. easy to look through and they close securely.
for smaller boxes of swivels and other terminal tackle I use the clear plano's

Good to see you here Whit. Look forward to your "Old Hand" wisdom and experience.

Hi Frank,
Welcome to the site. Look forward to hearing from you for the right coast rundowns.

The swim noodles that caz is talking about works well. I also use drinking straws cut into about 1 1/2 inch lengths, wind the leaders around a couple 3 fingers and slide them into the straw. Works OK, but they may still tangle a little on itself but easy to get out.
-
Welcome to the site. Hope you like what you find.
-
I start the year off with little baits, both spoons and body baits, and flie (if you use them). Waters cold and clear so slow and small works for me.
-
I'm currently using Walkers, but I've used just about all of them over time. Just like the walkers best, but rubber bands work very well.

Ya right,
My wife went down to the mail box and got my master card bill from the fishdog co. She found out that I charged $725.00 on my master card for all my new rods and reels for fishing. Man Im in the dog house now.
will anyone let me live with them for awhile,
Caznik
Geez Rich, They let you off easy... I can't even track my bills with those guys. But then I don't have a wife to pick up the mail either.

Wayne,
In my tournament the Dreamweaver Challange. You can only use the lures that dreamweaver sends us and that is it. There is no cut bait involved in this tournament at all. Everyone has the same lures in every boat. Why don't you come and sign up and get in the challange, its alot of fun.
Rich
Rich, I'm the 4th person signed up for the dreamweaver tournament. I enjoyed fishing it last year with RCH mainly because it pitted skills against skills as opposed to tacklebox to tacklebox. If you'll review my post you'll see thats what I was saying. Other tourney's like the west michigan league dates, St joe dates and such, while not ID'd as tourneys officially thats what they are thought off, Prizes are given at the end. I see no problem running cut bait in these or other events that don't specifically identify certain equipment to be fished (like the dreamweaver).
-
Welcome to the site Butch, Looking forward to fishing with you again this year. Maybe RCH won't keep calling you this time.
-
Should fishermen that are in a tournament be able to use cut bait while fishing them. Or should it be lures only.
I say no cut bait
Lures only
Caznik
Well Caz, Interesting question, I'll hafta say No cut bait for "specific" tourneys like your Dreamweaver challenge, as the tourny setup is everybody fishes the equipment provided by Dreamweaver. That being said, other tourney's that arent equipment specific, typical legal fishing rules apply, cut bait is legal so it can be used. Just my opinion.

Larry
I wouldn't go as far as "winning crew". If you keep Wayne away from the landing net we might have a chance
Steve, comming from one of the two most productive FARMERS I've ever had the opportunity to fish, with thats darn near FUNNY... Larry being the other.
I was thinking were more of a "Ketchup" crew myself

Just an FYI
selling unwanted fishing, camping, trapping and boating stuff.
Come on Steve... Like there's such a thing as "Unwanted" fishing gear. You've been dipping into some of that {Holistic} medicine, haven't you

By really tight to shore, what depth of water are the baits running in on the shallow side of your spread?
Some of teh guys "Claim" to have put them up on the beach at times. There are some sandbars off the beach once you find them you can run your spread over them/between them

I consider a good fish finder is a critical piece of equipment. With some fish finders, you can see the thermocline. What does everyone use and how do you like it?
I basically replaced all my electronics last year (except the radio), and with your question your going to get a bunch of different opinions. I bought a combo unit GPS fishfinder (lowrance 337) and so far I love it. I think reguardless of the brand of F/F you decide on, I believe just about everybody will agree the Navionics Chip or similar brand is a very wise investment.
