The fish were biting, the lake was realatively calm, and I was in shorts and a t-shirt both days. Even better yet, I did not get bitten by a single biting fly!Weekends like this, this late in year do not come around very often.What did you do this weekend? Did you make it out fishing? JWheeler Posted October 8, 2007 Share Posted October 8, 2007 I thought summer is over:confused: Diagnosed a problem with my boat that has been sitting for the last month. Took her out on the water, ya know, had to make sure everything was working ok. Big inland lake yielded some pike and some bass. SEADUCKTION Posted October 9, 2007 Share Posted October 9, 2007 Took a ride out to Oswego and had a real good day. The Steelies and some Chinnies wanted to play. The little guy took his first, and second steeies ever and his biggest to date, 13.5 lbs. he is going to be a fishing catching machine when he gets bigger.
