spy1o1 Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 I went perch fishing the past two days out of Holland with my dad. Had the most luck in front of the pier in 35ft. There are a lot of little ones mixed in with the jumbos. We caught about 30-40 on tuesday keeping only 14 and saw a guy get a nice salmon fishing off the pier. Yesterday we fished a few hours and got 8 keepers and also caught a 7lb sheephead on a perch rig. We used minnows. fatheads and sand shiners both kind seemed to work the same.
