Saugatuck 9-20 afternoon

Rain gonna stop at 2.  It didn’t.

Wind gonna blow 20-30 out of the NE and build.   Dead calm.

Fish gonna be in the mud.  They were.  Fished 3:30-7 yesterday kid had weird hours available due to an orchestra concert tonight, in a miserable pissing drizzle / rain, and kept busy.  Mostly deep thundersticks oddly not Firetiger 18’ off yellow birds with a few slide diver mag moonshine hits.  Riggers took the night off as did spinnies and paddles and j plugs.  Big fish on a moonshine flounder pounder took a two color to over 400’.  Ended up 5/7 on hooked fish and many many pull backs on the boards of 5-10’ then gone before we could grab the rod.  Mostly smaller males with one big chrome hen.
