mjpastore Posted February 20, 2014 Share Posted February 20, 2014 One of the greatest boats built by Penn Yan Boat Co!  Professional survey from 3/24/2013 indicates a rock-solid vessel with solid stringers and everything it takes to make a vessel sail through this stringent inspection!  The survey indicates today's approximate value in excess of $30,000. This vessel has never seen salt water.  3rd owner. 30' with 12' beam, it has a huge 80 sq. ft. deck, along with a glassed in cockpit providing complete protection from the elements, while also providing an unobstructed view of the deck from behind the glass doors.  Lower station/salon totally updated in February 2013 with new carpet, upholstery, and wood-grain wall covering.  A remodeled bathroom with new Raritan electric toilet, new holding tank and vinyl tile completes the updated interior.   Port side interior features a fully functional lower station and helm which makes this vessel one of a kind.  This rig was re-powered in 2007 with brand new factory 5.7 GM Vortechs by Indmar Marine and therefore have very low hours.  The Borg Warner Velvet Drive transmissions were completely rebuilt in 2009.  Tunnel drive propulsion is great for low water dockage, etc. and draws just 2 ft. of water.  Can also be easily driven on a trailer.  Nibral props, bottom painted with Interlux VC17, Furuno Color Sounder, VHF Radio, V Berth sleeps 2, convertible dinette also sleeps 2.  Galley area features fridge, sink, microwave, range, cabinets. A huge bridge offers complete control, a captain's chair, and bench seating for 6 additional people. Includes a Custom Tower, fabricated by Pipe Welders of FL, considered the BEST in custom marine structures. They are used aboard the top sport fishing vessels around the world. Full clear vinyl wrap-around enclosure with zippered ventilation openings.  Large lockable electronics box, stand-offs for radar dome, floodlight, antenna's, etc.  Stretch top offers protection from the sun.
