Ps 8/1 pm

Headed out of PS with the first half of my passengers, my son, nephew and brother-in-law at 6pm. Headed on SW troll starting at 80 fow. Plan was to drop them off on the beach at 8. Not much happening so we turned around in 130 and headed E to the cottage. changing up my downriggers when I hear a rod screaming, thought it was the rod I was putting down, but turned out to be the 200 Copper with Silver Horde J plug. Had my son (8) and nephew (4) take turns reeling it in, had a few good jumps. 5lb Steely! the were excited. Ran back into the beach to drop them off, pick up father-in-law. He mixed the message, drove to the dock. So we were done for the night at 8.

P.S. Black flies were terrible
