Manistee has the tournament trail tourney there this weekend. I'd fish Ludington.

a prototype is a lure that he is testing out before he decides to mass produce it and sell it in the stores.
Where did all the salmon go Jimmy? Ah well, Lakers need love too....kinda....

I Second calling Gary at Big Weenie. He has a new rig for meat heads that rocks.

Motored out NW from Holland to about 100 ft of water just shy of the Port Sheldon Pier Heads and set lines at 7:45. Rode the waves back to Holland and ended up 6 for 10 by 10:00. What worked:
Moonshine Double trouble going 2 for 4 by itself down 60 on the rigger
Moonshine Flounder Pounder down 50 on a rigger 1 for 1
11" White Paddle with Big Weenie Proctologist fly
300 Copper with a mod. blue dolphin 2 for 3
Also took a rip on the wire diver 135 back on 1 with a green dolphin flasher and Big Weenie green dolphin fly
The 1 footers they predicted were more like 3-4's but it was still a fun night. Maybe someday Noaa will get the wave prediction right.

I believe it is actually marking a shipwreck

Blew up my gimble Housing (not the bearing, it was greased) when a motor mount came unbolted (yes the stringers are fine) and it cost $600 to get towed back in and I was 8 miles from the pierheads when it gave out.. If they covered half of it it would have been worth it.

InstaLaunch is a nice campground, but if your boat drafts 3' of water or more you will want to launch at the municiple launch near the channel. They do have some slips there as well and a tackle shop (with just about everything) on site.

Nice picture of it on the Gold Coast website

Church Walleye Board. For the longer coppers you may have to move the weight forward. you may end up going to all of one brand or another. Most of the brands run different in the water so mixing brands can be a little tricky.

At least you got out Jimmy. That glow fire dog rocks.

Cannot go wrong with the Owner hooks suggested above

Check out the new glo tails from Bigweeniebrand.com The fly actually glows.

You may not get to fish St Joseph Mike, but you still get to hug your kids and kiss your wife tonight and for a while longer. The Joe will be there next year and hopefully so will you.

In God We Trust is written on the edge of the coin not on the face.

Can't say for sure that they have increased my catch but I can say they have not hurt it.

Thanks for the info.

It's also legal in one of the New England states to take your cheating spouse into the town square and beat them publicly with a switch no larger in diameter than your thumb. Doesn't make it right. This actually happened a few years back and they couldn't prosecute the guy. Was an old 1800's law that they never repealed.

Nascar is going to end up as irrelevant as indy car racing if they keep up the BS they've got going now. No one would have said Boo if Vickers would have been cutting of Dale Sr. and Sr. would have wrecked him. Vickers was stupid to try to block Little E. Blocking is legal in racing to a point but what Vickers did was ridiculous.

I think we will all be living vicariously through you for the next couple of months. Let us know how you do....detail by detail. This has to be the longest winter ever....
Santa was very very good to you. You've got some really good producing spoons there. Good Luck.

Sweet boat

Riggers - One would have an 11" paddle (white or green) with a either a Proctologist or Play Cousin (both big weenie flies) deep for lakers and larger lazy kings. Second would have a double orange crush.
Dipsies - one would get a green dolphin the other a blue dolphin.
5 color - fish box (silver with a green and orange ladder backs)
10 color would get what the first rigger did not.

Started at 5 in 1982 with my grandpa and great uncle.

I love the classic look to the first pic. Could be a magazine cover for In Fisherman or Field and Stream or something.
Nice fish too.
