GJ Dan. The AuGres Eyes must have migrated S. We worked hard for 10 fish for three of us.

-
A very warm welcome to you Greg. I fish Lake Huron and Saginaw Bay, with a few trips to Lake Michigan.
You will like it here. -
Yup, good job Frank. We didn't set anything on fire this weekend. Somewhat of a late start on Saturday, the 2 of us only landed six, and lost a pig about 40 feet from the boat. Maybe a while before I'm able to get back out, but I may ring you on the telephone and hook up with you here soon. Nice Job....
I took a couple of rides on your boat Jason. You are welcome anytime.

GJ Dan. Way to Gitter Done.
I needed a break today. Yesterday was a tough bite for awhile but around 10 or 10:30 it picked up for us, and we got the second half of a 4 man limit in about 40 minutes. Boat control, or lack of it, was our biggest problem in the big waves. We were at the dock at noon. Dan if you ever need a hand onboard let me know. I may be able to oblige.

Gj and thanks for the report Scott.

I know your hooks were sharp Jason.
It must have been one of those days we all have.
Well at least you chased the skunk out with those two lakers. That Salmon Slammin will be moving N. and late July and August will be fantastic.

WTG Take Six. There is nothing like them lake perch on the platter.
Thanks for the report. -
GJ Capt. Thanks for the report.

I learned one thing about you Cazz. You will NEVER knowingly put your self or anyone else in HARMS WAY. Play it safe and fish again. GOOD CALL CAZZ.
As far as how we did, the Saginaw Bay was rough but fishable. It's getting almost mechanical out there. Gitter Done.

WTG Billy. GJ on those Football Browns, and Kings.

-
Well at least the shakedown cruise didn't go Skunked. You will light em up soon enough.

-
WTG Capt. Dick. I can't wait to start hitting Manistee again.

We took a 4 man limit this morning off AuGres 30-33 FOW pulling B.B., Stinger spoons, and harness trailers. Color didn't seem to matter. It was tough fishing, with 2-3 foot waves. It was about 11:00 AM when we filled up, and we took two more fish pulling lines. I had to stay on the helm most of our S. Troll. I could have used a good wheel man. Once we headed with the waves, I was able to leave the helm and make things happen on the back of the boat. Pulling 8 inline boards into the waves keeps you on your toes. We took almost half our fish tolling S. then quickly boxed out going N.
Some people just don't realize what it takes to have a successful trip. A good helmsman is a must when pulling boards. I'm going to take a break tomorrow. -
Welcome aboard DC.

GJ Ken. WTG Phil:)

(adding new walleye sections).
He is HOOKED. He will be the "Walleye Mike" of the GLF site. He is dreaming about tattle flags and bottom bouncers
We are all so fortunate to have all these great fisheries right in our back yards. Taking a kid fishing, is not a once a year thing for you. You take two kids fishing almost every trip. Everyone should get a kid hooked on fishing.I hope the upgrades go smoothly.

We ran our usual, bouncers and meat, but came up short. 3 of us managed 10 hard earned walleye. We missed 4 or 5 strong hits that left the crawler unscathed. I think the were hitting the spoon attractors. We did have 2 doubles and ran back over them with NOTA. I ran some spoons but couldn't get them to go. It was a nice day but a though bite for us. We did try some different things with nothing working very well. It should turn on again. We are nearing July with surface temps still in the mid 60s.
