  2. If I have to break up the GLF/Dv8oR team to get another boat into this I will!!!!!!...... Or maybe, anyone wanna use my boat.....hehehehehe....... Come on men, get into this!!! This should prove a good time too!!!!
  3. Yet another fun time!!!!!! Anyone else notice the "Little Kid on Christmas Morning" look that big Rich had when he pocketed the "Big Fish" prize. See ya's in a couple weeks!!!!
  4. I almost forgot I put this here! He sold it about a week ago!! Thanks!!!!
  5. Ditto and its quite easy to do! Did mine about a month ago!
  6. There's lots of things the feds do that don't have to "sit well" with us T
  7. Theres: Resetting the Light. and Reinitializing the system. Sounds like you might need option b. Make sure the tire pressures (printed on the driver door label) are consistent all the way around.
  8. Their called direct and indirect systems. Stated earlier, some (mostly GM) are monitored by the ABS system and does monitor wheel speed.-Indirect. Direct systems (Chrysler, Jap models) do have an actual valve stem to the tune of about $45.00 a piece- Monitored by RF sends a signal back to the computer telling actual tire pressure. I have a hand held tool (to the tune of a couple of grand) for detecting if these sensors are active/functioning, and also recalibrate. Could be a Federal mandate that all cars will have them by 2008 from what I last read/worked on. Also-Remember my pitch on Nitrogen. This will be a federal mandate as well. Someone also said the non direct is pretty simple. Acutally on the GM's, if a wheel speed sensor goes out, your replacing the entire hub assembly-to the tune of $350-400 bucks a throw. Not exactly simple.........
  9. My favorite!!!!!! Seriously....., nothing like getting down to the last color and having it all peel back out again!
  10. There's also a couple of places I can show ya too bro... We used to keep a bucket of minnows with us so's when the salmon shuts down (JUNE) we'd go up and smack perch!!!
  11. I'd be so p o'd at myself I'd stay awake from the adrenalin and be even more wiped out once I finally got out of work!
  12. Wish one was hittin right now!!!!
  13. 'nuff said! I should be out of skegon with ya (well on the same lake) Monday and (backing up a day) Sunday probly also!!!
  14. "SWEET" (In the tone of the geeks from the Dodge commercials)
  15. Me Too With the X20c This says it all and obviously its hard to put your head under water and look for the spot on the transom with the least amount of aeration/turbulence....... Even with Lowrance's directions on the best places on a transom to mount a ducer I think you should try to lower it a little due to thats what I'm goinog to do to mine. Worse case scenerio the bracket kicks up and ducer moves like its supposed to do in case of obstruction and we'll have to raise it back up again.!!!!!! .02 more!
  16. Probably why their eye site is so superior due to the lack of smelling.... Ya think?
  17. Is that true? I've seen line break before knots? I'm not trying to sound like a wise guy or anything, just wondered if there was some scientific proof or something to that!
  18. Work! Pretty much everything I just read here makes it no big deal now, and the added bonus.... I'll be making money! In between I'll be tweaking the boat a little. Still Hurting for rod holders. Bonus Check coming but no e.t.a. Peace Out Brothers!
  19. I figure... If I'm not out on my boat burning money, I'll be some place having not as much fun burning money. Period. If you put together everything you would probably spend on your boat if you weren't on it i.e. movies, dinner, whatever, You'll spend alot less on the boat even if its 5.00 a gallon. We do the occasional family day up to the Hardy. Take all our food with us, cruise up the river, find a bayou to hang out in and hang. Anchor the boat, get out, screw around on your own "private" little beach, eat, drink, be merry etc etc etc. If I'm not hanging with the family, I'm fishing with whoever wants to fish. If you have it, your gonna burn it, somewhere. The moral...... Shut up and Fish! T ps. if you complained about gas and still bought fishing "stuff" this week, raise your hand......... pps. 86.00 for the truck and we about ran the boat, which obviously wasn't full out for a 26 gallon tank, I think, so's that should be another 86.00 due to the fact, thats whats in the truck too. 15.00 Tourney. Knowing I spent 187.00 this weekend to have Rich (or somebody) take candid pictures of me.... Priceless. LOL.....
  20. I don't think anybody offended anybody else, I just wanted to jump into what looked like an ineresting thread and throw another angle out there.
  21. The American Dream. Buy low sell high! Wether the seller wants more then its worth or not, Price seperates the Men from the Boys and gives you the doorway to negotiate. You think people like Trump sold everything for what its worth? Hell NO, if you bought something from Trump you paid more then its worth and didn't even know it.
