  3. Went out today after work outta Saugatuck and caught 1 sheephead. No king bites threw everything at them. Don't think they're there. Gonna try Hamilton dam next. Hope everyone has better luck than I did. As always keep your lines tight and ur reelz smoking.
  4. Been busy working then I took the family out of town. Looking to go out and wondering if its worth the time and effort...
  5. WTH why Isn't there any reports for the last few days???? Need to know where the fish are.
  6. Set lines in 60 straight out and worked south and north of the piers. With the most hits coming in front of the dunes. The 1 Coho was 6# on a glow flounder pounder. The other hits came on a blue and silver paddle with a mirage fly went 2x. The other hit came on a silver dodger with a Kermit fly. So again it can only get better. Until next time. keep ur lines tight and ur reelz smoking.
  7. We're going first thing. I was thinking 50work SW in front of the dunes. No meat just plugs, spoons, fly's.
  8. Going outta Holland in the morning. Wondering if anyone can lead me in the right direction. Any help would be great. Thanks. As always keep ur lines tight and ur reelz smoking...
  9. Thanks guys for all the info. Wishing we worked closer for longer but s%&t happens and the alternator sometimes decides to come apart.LOL. But we got 1 20-22# female in 100 60 down on a silver flasher and a mirage fly. We went 1-6. We had a 5color go twice once with a green alewife and once with a blue alewife nothing home. Green flounder pounder went 2x, mountain dew SD with MD fly once. The ten year old is hooked. as always Keep ur lined tight and ur reelz smoking.
  10. Holy ****... Hope you have better luck. Got all the issues taken care of. Going back out Sunday morning weather permitting. As always keep ur lines tight and ur reelz smoking.
  11. Well tonight wasn't as good as last weeks trip. We went 1-4. Fished from 85-175 with fish coming more in the 150's and less. Steelhead are loving green and silver hot n tots. The one king we managed to keep on came in 100fow 60 down on a silver dodger with a multi color fly. Gonna try to make it out again Sunday. keep ur lines tight and ur reelz smoking.
  12. Thanks Dr hook. Can't get out this morning. Wish I could go all day everyday.
  13. Going outta Holland tomorrow afternoon. With a 10 yr old. Hoping someone can help us out and tell us where they're biting. Otherwise I kinda have a game plan. Setting in 80 working out from there.
  14. Good job guys. We are going out Thursday afternoon weather permitting. With a rookie 56 yr old and a 11 yr old. I'm setting lines in 65 and working southwest. We'll be going out of Holland.
  15. Congrats great job out there. Hopefully we'll see a huge burst in action after this heat and humidity is gone.
  16. Run hot n tots and lots of j plugs stack ur riggers with a spoon on top plug on bottom. Don't set them any farther than 10-15 feet apart. I believe you can catch fish without copper and lead core despite what you read. We started running 1 lead core and haven't caught a fish on it yet. So if I was u I would stick to riggers and high lines. Good luck and keep ur rods bent.
  17. Started way to early didn't get are first hit till 6:45 in 170fow on a green flounder pounder #10 Coho, 15 minutes later got a steelhead on the same set up on Dr at 68. Then we took a steelhead on a green and silver hotntot, on a high line. Then at about 8 we headed in. Hooked a nice one in 140 on a ultra glow flounder pounder set at 65. Lost it. Got to 120 and hooked a 14# king on a blue and silver j plug set at 65. Second time out 4-5 not to bad. just gonna get better.
