1 year old Okuma rods with warranty

Possibly interested in the wire rods. Will you ship to Michigan? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Hey all, I recently bit the bullet and purchased a big lake boat again. I found a 1972 slickcraft 235 for a steal of a deal. I'm trying to decide how I want to rig it. Anyone have any pictures on how their slick 235 is rigged? Thanks in advance!
  6. Nice job, jd! BLL spoon is candy corn, was a great spoon last spring as well! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Swap Meet

Awesome idea Larry! I'm sure I'm not just speaking for myself when I say I was bummed when I mfound out Tim couldn't do it this year. I'd go! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Anyone on here small game hunt? Hit the woods early this morning with my brother in law. Private land in grand haven twp. We ended 10/11 on squirrels. Went 4/5 from 8am-10:30am and went inside for a quick brunch. Came back out at 11:30am and finished our last 6 by 1:30pm. Beautiful day to be out in the woods. We easily saw 15 squirrels today but a few were too quick in the tree tops. All squirrels were taken with a .17hmr, perfect for a quick, clean kill. Can't wait to get out again! Trout Grounds in Port Sheldon Area

I second what gnarf said, Dave Ash "killin it" has quite a bit of knowledge when it comes to putting lakers in the boat.

    Fish on Sports Trees

Jon I use the fish on trees on my boat. I haven't had any issues with them. Great product at a great price!
  15. Haha. Hard to beat DW spin doctors when it comes to a flasher/fly presentation. Especially the 10" with meat. The t-shirt is from the DW benefit for kids tourney.
  16. Great! You won't be disappointed!
  17. Hey joe, There's a local spoon company out of Holland called Big Lake Lures. I fish almost exclusively BLL spoons on my boat with the exception of a few Silver streak mags and mini streaks. I know quite a few other guys that fish BLL as well like Killin' it and Bendin' Rods. We've found that they just hold up better to the abuse that those kings put them through, fish after fish after fish. If you've got any questions on specific colors feel free to shoot me a message I'd love to help you out. In the meantime, check out his website www.biglakelures.com Tight lines! Here's a nice 13lb laker we took on BLL green/yellow frozen toad a few weeks ago. This spoon has been HOT on a 5 color for the past month. Taking multiple fish every trip.
  18. A great weekend it was, thanks for the good times as usual Dave. You forgot my 2 big catches of the weekend tho...a battery strap on a rigger set 45 down and a piece of drift wood on an outside board set 400' behind the boat.

    Rod Trees

I bought my trees from fish on sports. They're completely adjustable and work great for lead or copper. They're on sale right now for $185 each I believe.
  24. I'm looking for 2 big jon rod holders or any rod holder compatible with the big jon base. Anyone have anything they're looking to get rid of?
