  1. I havent been out for a while but plan on a couple times this week or more this week and seeing how others are doing helps alot,so welcome and thanks Chuck. Randy ,
  2. went out today and it was 2-3 footers to start out and 3-4 when we pull lines a couple hours latter. only had 2 hits,both on pickle sunshine flies.the one we caught was 58 down with a uv paddle in 88 fow,the one we lost was on wire diver 100 back on 1.5 setting in 95 fow with a green paddle. hope this help some if anyone gets out soon.   3. well, didnt know where we should start will boats fishing near the pier heads(50fw) we set lines at 100fw and first fish came at 115fw on rigger w/flounder pounder 60 down.stayed on the west troll with the next fish at 150fw on 400 copper w/nbk,next on at 170fw 10 colors W/coyote.went out to 200 without anything,came back to 120 and picked up the biggest on 400 copper(14 pounds) on nbk again.we picked up 3 small ones in the 120 range and headed in as it started to get a little rough for my partner. question: what takes the water spots off alum.boat the beat GL Randy
  4. wanted to get one last trip,went out to 178 fow and found some breaks and set lines.Ended up near whitehall and had a rough ride back to musk.went 8 for 12 ,6 kings and two steel heads.185 fow was the best with the slider on the riggers doing the best down 80ft. green monkey puke the best and nbk the next.10 color caught 1 and lost 1.And 250 cp also had a couple on. Does anyone have any idea how far down a slider slides down to to ball? GL Randy
  5. numberguy77, I was fishing my j plugs 25 down and 30 ft back(scaley green) and caught 3 in the channel and lost 3 at the sand docks.Saw alot on and marked alot at the sand docks but we didnt do that great.37 down in the sand docks was the best for us and a couple guys I told to. gl Randy
  6. how about the sailboats coming it to look at you fighing a fish and run over one of you boards and then yells at me to get my boat under control. I think they have some kind off boat time this week end in muskegon,the launches ought to be fun. GL Randy
  7. hi, today out of muskegon boats were 50 fow to 200 fow ,we caught 3 small ones all around 80 fow.The water has warmed up some. GL Randy
  8. eyecracker, you did about the same as us but we fished longer,we ended up 2 for 2 with the king in the 21-22 pound range(biggest this year) 73fow orange ladder back ,rigger 20 down,8 pound steelhead on 4 color also on orange. Most boats were around the pier heads but dont know how they were doing. we were fishing out of musk
  9. thanks mark, we went 2 for 3 ,2 hits 130fow caught 1 both 50 down on moonshine sarge and one in 100 fow 130 back on 2.5 on the dipsey(LARGE RING) with a stinger NBK. 15 and 10 pounds
