  1. Hey, brother Beast- I'll look up your reports on here, glad to know you are onboard!
  2. Thanks for the words of encouragement guys- we really had fun out there!
  3. It's been a great spring so far at AuGres and Linwood. I knew yesterday was going to be great when the wife and I landed ten walleye on our first trolling pass. We ended up landing forty plus before calling it quits, and kept our two person limit of eaters. A lot of throw backs but we caught some decent sized fish as well. Only two sheep and one white bass to go along with. Here's a pic of how beautiful it was out there, and my "Where's Waldo" pic of the day- if you look close you can see a couple of flags on my boards out on the water. We ran one ounce fish weights 45 feet back, 1.5 MPH, spinner colors were purple/silver, pink and chartreuse.
  4. Great report- looks like it's still going well at Augres!
  5. Welcome to the forum, Chad! I always fish the West side too, sorry I can't help much with Sebawaing- let us know how you do this weekend.
  6. An ominous beggining to your day... glad everything turned out ok- you are right, any of us would have helped you in a heartbeat! Wish we could have been there!
  7. Well done, Priority 1- makes me want to get back up to AuGres soon!
  8. try the 30' breakline from buoy #2 down toward the gypsum dock to the South. Buoy #2 is straight out from Tawas Point.
  9. Sounds great, Adam- especially the fish and fries!
  10. I hate it when the Bay sneaks up on you like that! Great job with the walleye, Frank. Can't wait to get back out there.
  11. A-Bomb, good job on the Walters. Hope the boat problem resolves itself too.
  12. G J Adam- that cookout sounded like gravy! Way to box the fish where you were with the engine light problem too.
  13. Thanks for the response, guys. I'm back at work today
  14. Man, what a great day to be on the water! Started fast, hit a dry spell and had to move, then finished fast with a boat limit. Half our catch was on 2 oz. Fish Weights 55 back at 1.5 mph. - the other half was on 4 oz. BB's. Our top harness today was chrome with Kelly Green!
  15. That's ironic, I fished AuGres today and on the drive home I thought to myself, "man, the local chamber ought to be giving Frank the keys to the city!". Great job on the fish, as usual
  16. Lead the way, Frank! I'm going to run up to AuGres again tomorrow, hopefully.
  17. Thanks guys- like Adam said, it was a beautiful day out there!
  18. Happy Father's day all- I slept in today until noon My wife and I launched the boat at one, and we were back at the dock by four with a two person limit- I have no complaints! 2 oz. FishWeights 50 back at 1.5 mph, along with 4oz. BB's- doesn't matter if I'm at Linwood or Au Gres this summer, Pink and White harnesses are the color for me this year!
