Any suggestions for a new guy looking for perch and salmon? I know after Independence Day is when perch fishing heats up, never know what's around. Hoping to hit the waters edge mid October for some last season salmon...Tips on where to go, what lures/bait to fish, setup, and techniques would be greatly appreciated.
