GLF Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 Boat and shore anglers are catching good numbers of brown trout in 3 to 12 feet of water. Those trolling are using Rapalas off planer boards. Shore anglers are casting with Rapalas and still fishing with minnows.
