  1. So Matt, are there columns of data that represent "cocktails consumed" and "beers guzzled"?
  2. From what I understand, good. I personally haven't had time, but there are many good lakes and rivers nearby. I may charter a trip on Lake Tahoe next month so I can shorten the learning curve, after the snow melts up there. They catch trout, kokanee salmon, and mackinaw, which are nothing more than transplanted lakers. I'm particularly interested in seeing their methods of fishing.
  3. It's called multi-tasking, Bev. (GLF - Trousertrouttracker is her handle, or at least it used to be)
  4. Doesn't Bev perform that function?
  5. Also, do you have any idea where these glow compounds come from? I presume they are synthetic.
  6. Very informative, Mike. Where did you get the test data? I think many of my lures were treated with the ten minute variety, unfortunately.

    Gas

Rich, I really think you should consider selling your boat. Gas is just too expensive. Sell it to Sixshooter - he's loaded.
  8. Well written, Jim, but who is this Ken DeVries dude? Allow me to add a thought. If you ever get a monster fish on and you're running core down the chute or behind inline planer boards, you may want to pull it. On more than one occasion I've seen fish run straight over to leadcore and use it to remove the lure from their mouth. Apparently they see it as a useful tool for that purpose, and it does work. Three years ago I had a monster on while fishing off Muskegon and neglected to have the full core pulled, even though we had plenty of time to do so. Yep, that fish boogalooed straight to the core and released itself, and when we pulled the core the lure was firmly embedded in the dacron sheath. A hard lesson was learned that day by me.
  9. Sixshooter and I slalomed around the icebergs in the Port Sheldon channel for about ninety minutes this evening in our quest for spring browns. We wuz skunked. Still, it was nice to smell that open water once again. I suspect the ice will be gone by Sat AM.
  10. Caznik wants to whup Sixshooter in this year's tourneys. This will help.
  11. Well, well. If it isn't General Disarray, himself. How are you Matt?
  12. Levi, if I ever fish with you and something whacks that particular rod, it's all yours, man. You reel, I'll steer.
  13. Nope. NOT Whitehall, Mark. It's the other one. Jim's been very clear on that. My fav LM port is whichever one is hot.
  14. Hey, Rich. Good to see your name here. That's Ohhhh - kayyy.
  15. Look Mark, all I was really doing that morning was trying to make Brian sick. He was hung over from the night before. I failed. Ken
  16. How did they let you in here, Tim?
  17. "Colossus", a 16' Lund. Kind of like calling the big guy "Tiny", only in reverse. My last boat, a 26' Baretta, I named "Sold" as I watched the new owner drive away with it. I believe I was happier that day than on the day I bought it.
