  2. Haha, yeah I was trying! The fish was just going absolutely berserk! I was trying not to drop the rod into the water.
  3. I was lucky enough to capture a dipsey, and a rigger getting hammered back to back! Check it out! p1kPtRAoGkU

  5. Hey guys. Here's my latest video. Shot this one last Thurs. out of Frankfort. Hope you like! Thanks for watching. isdxGW4HPrY
  6. Yeah, it's all about where you clamp the camera. How'd you like that camera mount?
  7. Just put the finishing touches on another short highlight vid. This was shot on 6/28 out of Frankfort. Enjoy! KDxDneszGts
  8. You'll like it. They're great for putting the camera just about anywhere on the boat. Let me know how it works out! Even better, post up some vids soon!
  9. Here you go Jim. This is the one: This is where I got it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ABB4HC/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00
  10. I'd go with the big boards. Love those things.
  11. No, I ordered it on amazon. It's basically a ram type (ball and socket) set up you see for graphs, but made for cameras. Either video or still. One end has an adapter to fit cameras and the other has an adjustable C clamp. I remove the seat in the bow, and leave the post. Then just clamp the mount onto the top. It works really well. A lot better than using a tripod. I know this from experience, after a buddy knocked my camera to the bottom in 200' fow last summer while using a tripod. If you're interested, I can probably dig up the link on amazon for you.
  12. Thanks! I've got 2 cameras. One is a gopro that is stuck to the end of an extendable painters pole. The other is a handheld Panasonic that I mount to a seat post in the bow. It's taken a few rounds, but I'm starting to get the hang of filming on the boat. Thank you!
  13. I just put the finishing touches on this. Check it out. WiGs4mK0_zc
  14. Nice work! I've never run the big paddles, only the SD's. How long are your fly leaders behind the paddle? Also, how far back to you run the paddle behind the rigger?
  15. You're a little light on the short cores. Swap the seven color for another couple 2 & 3 color set ups. Reason being, later in the summer as the kings begin to run the rivers, right out front is great fishing in shallow water. Regardless of temp. 2 through 4 colors = HOT.
  16. I run 6' leads and do just fine. If my dipsey isn't firing, it's not because of the dipsey itself. It's because I don't have the right flasher/fly combo, or they don't want flies at all. If thats the case, I then switch over to spoons and... FISH ON! Long leads aren't the secret to success w/ dipseys, IMHO. It's an agressive presentation that solicits agressive fish. The dipsey itself is an attractor! Why do you suppose guys love their wire? Save the "stealth" for your long lines like copper and lead.
  17. Yup, same here. Browns sure do love the gobies too.
