    Went 10 for 10

ran 2 riggers, orange crush on both one shaker king while checking lures.

mono dispy perch looking body bait. Took a laker

3 color out side board with Silver Streak Pink Panty Hoe - 2 browns and a small king

7 color down the chute Silver Streak sliver UV blue green looking splatter - don't recall the name. took 1 brown , 2 lakers

50' Blood Run Cooper w/ Sliver Streak orange chilly willy 1 laker, another shaker king.

Pulled lines at 10:30 and headed in with a green crew member.

    had a good time,

boat ran great, (one small leak in the dash)

    thanks to the crew.

Thanks to all that showed up and fished the event. I'm looking forward to the next event and hopefully warmer weather.

and thanks to Blood Run Tackle for the continued sponsorship of the West Michigan Fishing League.

  2. Dave,

add 2 more boats that don't get here on GLF very often. both are weather dependent.

everyone else, remember a few things:

Check back here on the site Friday night after 9pm or early Saturday morning, if the weather is bad.

    • We will fish predicted seas of 1-3' or less. (or game day call)

    • If small craft advisories are in effect we, will not fish.

Have your Radio on 72 during the event - I will do a roll call around 7am.

A big thanks to Gregg @ BloodRun Tackle for helping out our group. it looks like 14+ boats signed up at this time. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

    that great -

If you do fish this weekend please make sure to take the time to thank BloodRun for the continued support of the WMFL and post a report here on GLF.

I will also be taking pictures of each boats fish and crew, so wear your happy face.

  4. Sign up for our first event.

Blood Run Tackle is our first sponsor for the year.

Great company and products from right here in West Michigan.

One thing different for the weigh in this year, I would like to get pictures of crew and fish to share back here on GLF.

Let's hope for some warm weather over the next two weeks to help melt that crap pile of ice that is still hanging out in front of the Holland pier head.

any questions please PM me here on GLF

  5. Great price on the boat Jim, should have no issues selling.

I've seen this boat and it's a great setup. It will make someone a great fishing boat for not a lot of cash.

good luck with the new boat this summer.

  6. Both of my batteries are NAPA Marine Deep cycle. I have 4 years on one, 6 on the other. both are still holding a charge very well, but I expect to replace both at some point this season.

currently I don't have the graph / electronic separated from the starting battery, but I think I will do so when I change the batteries.

I usually run just 1 battery, normal trolling. if I have a full boat and the fridge is going to be running for the guest, I will switch it to dual mode.
