Good old American ingenuity !

I do my venison backstraps in a vacuum sealer with liquid marinade and freeze them. Iv'e been doing that for many years now and never had a problem. Meat is still good a year later. I just put the meat in the bag add some marinade and seal.

Good job Eli ! LOL
You too Jason. Bet it was nice not to have to trailer the boat !

YEEHAAA !!!! Lets go fishin !!!! LOL

I run my riggers 4' apart on the sides and the width of my transom down the middle. And I run 2 dipseys per side plus my core out on planers.
So I am running, 4 riggers, 4 dipseys and at least 2 core rods on my 19' Yar Craft.

I run two batteries in tandem for all of the electronics and my lights. I also have bimini mounted rear facing lights for night fishing. If you put lights in the front they by law cannot innerfear with your bow lights. In other words, other boats have to be able to see your red/green lights. I have found it best to rely on your own night vision while operating after dark And I do a fair amount of night fishing.

Been wanting to do that trip for years. Someday.......

I pulled a 6lb smalljaw out of west bay several years ago.

You will see the boats trolling out front of the river right in downtown TC.

Sounds like coho to me.

Welcome !

Depends on how big the area is that is enclosed. Mine is in a enclosed area, but it runs 3/4 the length of the boat. Never had a problem.

I am in agreement with Adam. No release. I also run all Church boards.

Good thing you got out last night. This morning was ROUGH. Seen one boat getting pulled in upside down between the arms. Went out to 50 fow and a little north, took one rip on a mag DW Glow Froggy in the 8' waves and quit.

I will be out there Friday morning and evening. Thanks for the report !

Tight lines Jake !

I have 2 8 footers and 2 10 1/2 footers. Not sure I really want to part with them though, but I might be persuaded.....

That didn't take long.......

The new Moonshines glow so good you don't need a stick. But, of course for now they are very hard to find.....

Don't chase other peoples programs. And keep your program as simple as possible.
A half hitched rubber band on your main line makes a good stacker.
One fish is a fluke.....two fish is a pattern.
Don't listen to where Nailer tells ya to go on Muskegon Lake. He is probably lying....
What do you guys do with spawn?

From my experience, steelhead spawn works best.
