  1. @jdhThats very possible. It was hard for us to tell, and we’re new at it this year.
  2. Getting in the rounds today! Dialed in a good 6 rod program on our smaller boat. Ran out to 115 FOW and put lines down in a south troll. 2.6SOG felt good on our riggers and divers. All hits between 6-7am. Got showered on while getting bites. We think the fish slid out after that. Dock reports were that 130 FOW was more productive. 1 coho on a rigger down 80. Double Glow Silver Horde 1 King on a 10 color. Green Jeans UV Glow 1 King (34 inches) on a dipsey back 170. Dragon Slayer and Olive Oil.
  3. Thanks for the report. I'll be heading out of PS tomorrow AM.
  4. Never trust the forecast or the buoy 100%. The lake has a mind of its own. I've been out many times where the forecast showed 1ft or less, the buoy showed around 1, and then I got out there and the lake has a hard 3ft chop. That being said, nice job in the rough waters, at least not skunked! I'll be out tonight hopefully. Thanks for the report!
  5. Was happy to find out the storms had cleared up, so we launched the boat and lines down by 5:30am. Took a pounding from the waves. 1: 6am SE troll 3.0mph, 93FOW, rigger down 55 with a blue SD and a blue button fly. 2: 6:10am SE troll 3.0mph, 90 FOW, 10 color (down 35ft) chrome dodger with UV Glow Green Jeans. 3: 6:20am N troll 2.5mph, 85FOW, rigger down 65 with Silver Horde double glow. 4: 6:45am N troll 2.5mph, 79FOW, rigger down 65 with Silver Horde double glow. Went 4/4, pulled lines 7am. Great day!
  6. First post. Getting out in a old forest green StarCraft Holiday with a 50hp Evinrude. First boat =]. Got up early today before work. Lines down at 5:10. 80FOW. 2.8-3.2 SOG. Ten color lead core took a 15lb King on a Moonshine UV Bloody Nose under a 11" clear UV flasher. Duplicated the set up on the other side of the boat, and it got a hit right away, but crossed my other line and got off. Pulled lines at 7am to get to work on time. Had a great morning!
  7. Thanks JDH! It’s my first time out for spring coho. Is there a reason to go in the afternoon rather than first light? I’ll be sending out the following. Blue green gold peanut fly on red dodgers, red/black this fin, and red/gold thin fin.
  8. Thanks for the info. I typically launch out of PS.
