News Posted November 4, 2015 Share Posted November 4, 2015 The City of Montreal, Quèbec will not be able to dump wastewater into the St. Lawrence River at least not for another week. The outgoing federal environment minister has signed a new ministerial order forbidding the city the right to dump the sewage until Nov. 9.More...
