  1. We fished out of St Joe yesterday, we started in front of the pier heads with nothing to talk about, went due west out to 75fow trolled out to 135fow with nothing, came back in and ran the pier heads again with nothing. We trolled 6 rods, 2 full cores, 2 dipsey, 2 down riggers with sliders, we even had a tin can on bottom with a green spinner, then switched it with green fly, we had a meat rig out, and we had J plugs also, it is really slow out there now Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman
  2. Went 10-11 all on green baits even Jplugs, 32fow went north of harbor, a lot of other boats did great also Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
  3. Started just before sun up and set riggers at the pier heads, setting a 2 color with a orange hot n tot, just sat the rod in holder and coho takes it, and drug a small laker around that we didn't know was on until we pulled the lines Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
  4. In St Joe 1 coho at first light on orange hot-n-tot Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App

  7. Ok I couldn't find anything about the perch fishing on here so I'm sorry if this goes against the rules, but has anyone got on the perch yet out on the big lake? Like southern Michigan Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
  8. If there is ever anything you need I highly recommend Clear H2O tackle and talk to Darrin, he is a big lake specialist Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
  9. Fresh lakers from yesterday, and yes they are way better than kings or steelhead smoked, it's the only way I eat them, it must have something to do the fat content they have to help hold the smoke flavor, I just do a simple salt water brine and let them soak over night, as far as catching these fish, put anything green close to the bottom, we use green flies, green spinners, green dodgers with a green fly, you see the pattern, sometimes you have to have you rigger ball bouncing on bottom and other times you will catch them half way up in the water column Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App

  11. Fished pier heads with no luck, seen a few on stringers on the piers, picked up went straight out to 100 fow, had riggers set at 72' with white spin doctor with green fly took 1 big steelhead, had 7 color on board with a steelie stomper spoon took 2 big steelhead, and a green dolphin on 10 color took a nice laker, all came with in 15 minutes, both times doubles, all on in troll in 125 fow and 107fow Sent from my iPhone using Great Lakes Fisherman Mobile App
