Sounds a little silly to me....
My question, who gets the job of going to all the boats and measuring their sliders?????
-
I'm thinking ..... both....hehehehe...
86 Mercruiser Alpha 1.......
Sounds Electric, has a resevoir for 10w30...........

Just like it says...
Last year it was getting sloppy, this year the gauge either shows full in or full out, there is no in between.
What do I start checking????
Connections, wiring, etc etc......
Even though a guy can still feel where the trim is, I'd rather have the gauge work.

Well that makes sense!
He has an aluminum hull, mines glass.
Can you have a metal tank in a glass boat?
What can happen if the ground is no good?
I have the original owners manual for my 86 boat and says nothing about it in there. (I'm kind of an owners manual freak)

My uncle had to have a boat surveyed for insurance and part of the survey was checking fuel tank ground. He said it was a good idea to have it done annually.
Am I thinking of this right when I'm thinking, just making sure it has its ground and the cable isn't green weenied/corroded????

These are all non-flying ducks. We have 13 acres they run around on and come back throughout the day and at night!
Ducklings run $2.00 a duck-got a few right now and will have more in 2 weeks-they in the incubator
Ducklings can double as Musky bait...hehehehhe....

Duck eggs are also available if you want to incubate your own. Its great educational for the kids! Easy to do too!

I think stacking is a pain in the arse as well as being inefficient.
I'll use fixed sliders and I'll vary the spread on lines.
Fixed at 5 ft on 1 side and 7-10 on the other or whatever...spread 'em out and mix 'em up.
My Sunday story, the one double I had on 1 line was on a pair of watermelons 5 ft apart.......

Who knows how many days it takes for a turkey egg to hatch?
28 days.
The ole lady incubates ducks. They 28 days too.
She has 13 pheasant eggs in there this time too!!! 23-28 days for these!

Sounds a little like.....
I have a rookie on the team this year....
Had an instance at about 9:30 where the porta potty called....
Get a double on the free slider rig.....
Rookie has the pole....doesn't know quite how to work the drag yet....
He panics...., I come out with pants down to the knees.....
He's got the top fish to the top of the water and the bottom (slider) fish doin his thing.....hands me the pole...just in time to feel 'twang' lose the bigger of the two.....net the top one.....
Had 15 lbs of fish on and only netted the 3 lb ho.....

Fished the West Michigan Fishing League Tourney and had a great time. (Exactly the reason I want to fish with these guys) Waited for them to tell me where to fish and started catching fish!!
Thanks Rich for putting this on and Thanks Gold Coast for letting us weigh in there. (Was all fun and games til the fuzz showed up)
Took a nice box of Coho home and a little King too!
Was in 130-160 ft of water with the guys and catching fish everywhere between 30-50 ft down. The usual colors, yotes, dolphins, blue bubble!
Didn't break no records or anything but had a blast and ready for the next one already!!!
