Fished off buoy A Sat. 6-15. Picked up several along the 12-16' reef? east of buoy using meat and then north towards sparkplug - 20'. dark orange with floater - inline 1/2oz 48' back was hot again. 3 of us took home 10 a little after noon. Patterson launch is really a zoo on weekends. Much better during the week. Skip

Fished around A Buoy and out towards middle spark plug Sunday and yesterday. Meat on almost any color produced 2man limits of 17-22 both days as long as they were on bottom. Released a 25-26"er each day as well as lots of little eyes and big farm animals. dark orange, purple, firetiger were best colors. bb and inline wts. with yellow birds. got lots of hits on turns and when speed bumped up a notch.

We got 2 limits of Lakers yesterday in 80-100' N of river. Nothing huge but great for the grill. Almost had a true double...1 one main line and 1 on slider at the same time. Lost both as first was being netted when snapswivel straightened out. I have never seen a double like that. Most fish did not trip down riggers, we just noticed a slight bobbing of rod tip OR found fish there when checking lines. Did not mark many fish. No other boats anywhere in sight all day. Too bad.

Fished the bay by sailboat buoys 18-20' FOW last Thursday, friday, saturday. Limited out each day with crawlers. Color did not seem to matter, but had to be on bottom. Also used firetiger thunderstick back 110'. Used yellow birds and sometimes just long lined.
