  5. Well I take a bottle of Bud light with me. I stop the boat and drink all the beer out of it till its gone. I then take the bottle and put it on the floor of the boat and give it a good spin. Where ever the bottle points at that is where you go. As you are heading out to where ever the bottle had pointed for you. Look for seagulls, baitfish, and the right temp. Also look at the clouds,if you see a cloud that looks like a fish try it there. Now if the bottle points back to shore, the fish are not going to bite and you might as well go find a Hooters and go eat. Don't tell Sixshooter my secret. Good luck fishing, Caznik

  11. I love to fish at night as long the wave are calm. Its a big challange to fish in the dark to me because when you fight a fish you have to watch out for the other rods. The lures that I use is any type of glow lures and also that do not glow in the dark work well for me. My better port to fish at night is Manistee and Frankfort. Rich
  12. Well I just baught a pair of 9.5' dipsey rod for my full core and now I wonder if I should of got 7' rods now . My fishing buddy Sarah C has 10' rods and I thought they worked well. But the problem what I had with them 10' rods is that you had to reach really high to hook up your church board to them. Otherwise I liked the 10' rods for full core. Rich
  13. Hey Six, Nice to see that you could make it back out again. Right now my truck is in the shop getting the rear end fixed on it. I want to go fishing really bad . Rich
  14. Hey Steve, Maybe this year if you like to. Maybe we can go up to Frankfort on Memorial weekend and try it. I went up there last year and did very good. Probly go Friday and leave there on Sunday morning. Rich
  15. Mine would have to be Frankfort. Frankfort is a nice place to go camping and go fishing. The fish seems to be bigger there and you do not have to go very far out to hit deep water. I even have better luck fishing at night. Also the scenery looking back at the shore line is great. I sure wish I lived closer there because I would fish there every weekend. Rich Manistee would have to be 2nd
  16. Hey Matt, Pretty nice site to be on EH. Rich
  17. Hey Larry you must of found the site EH.... Rich
  18. My biggest fish that I ever caught on Lake Michigan was a King that weighed 28lbs. I was fishing at Frankfort fishing with a Mag. Silver Streak Yellow Tail spoon. Caznik
  19. I did pretty good this year. I shot two bucks with my bow and 2 does with my new muzzleloader. The bucks was a 9 point like in my picture and a nice size 7 point. It was a good time, Rich
  20. I have a 17' lund with a 115 four stroke. I like to fish with three peole at least. Its the best thing to haul around to. Rich
