Well the way I see it, next year I think. Nascar is going to those box cars for racing. So all they are going to use is what ever brand motors they put in them. Ford, chevy, dodge, and stupid toyota. Yes thats what I said a stupid toyota. This has allways been the american race and now its going to have toyota in the nextell cup races. I sure hope that those rookies that race next year crashes them toyotas in the wall. I cannot beleve that Dale Jarret is going to those toyotas after being with ford for a long time. I bet you anything that toyota sure will take care of there drivers, other wise why would Mike Waltrip follow his brother foot steps. Toyota must be treating Mike's brother pretty well in the truck series.

Ludington gets my vote. I believe more fish are caught out of Ludington than any other port.

I would like to try Ludville sometime. But all I here is net problems over there. Thats why I stay away from that place. So has anyone been seeing alot of nets this year there again?

Lower Lake In Barry County

Went out fly fishing this morning from 8:30am till 10:30am this morning and caught 25 really nice size bluegill. I was fishing with a black spider that I tie up my self. Fishing this morning was pretty fast and had alot of fun.

The 2 CV 45's(for copper),6 CV 30's for riggers,wire/mono/braid divers I own are satisfacory reels.

One issue I've noticed is the line creep,even the rigger rods & inline boards.

Divers can be annoying at times(click,click,click........).

I've had the extra washer mod added to all the CV's,they still creep.

Had Kings last season smoke off 900 + ft of wire with no drag complications.

Picked up 2 Tekota LC600's this spring,no line creep on the divers now

ME TO:

I am having the same problem with my drag to. On my dipsey rods that is all what they do is creep, all the time. So I have to allways tighten up my drag. Then I think my drag is way to tight. I really like those reels but what do I do about the drag on them.

1- Meet at 4:30am to pay

2- Cost will be $15.00 ($5 of it will go for big fish)

3- Fishing starts at 5am ends at 11am (pull lines at 11am)

4- 6 rod limit

5- 2-4 man teams (If you have a 4 man team you must only catch a 3 man limit)

6- Weigh in 5 fish on anykind (Salmon,Cohos, Lake Trout, Steelheads, and Browns.)

7- Do not have more than 5 fish at weigh in.

8- You must know what is your big fish. No checking at the scales.

9- No showing off your fish before weigh in.

Well Tim,

I had baught 9 brand new Convector reels from thefishdog company during the spring time. I had a CV45D break on me allready and a CV30D also break on me. Im not saying they are a bad reel but so far I had two break on me this year. I really like those Convectors though because of the nice big handle that they have. I think it don't really matter what reel you get you still probly will have a problem or two with them. But the Fishdog company have been very good to me by replacing them right away for me. I would still buy a Convector reel no matter what. But get them from the Fishdog company.

They will take good care of you if something does happen,

Hello Members,

Set my alarm this morning for 6am to try and do some fly fishing for bluegills at Lower Lake in Barry County. It was pretty nice out there, alot of fog and herd alot of turkeys all morning long. Well started rowing the boat along the lake shore around the drop offs and started to flyfish. The fishing wasn't the best this morning. Only took 12 half way decent blugills. Fished from 7am till 8:30am. Looks like I am going to try it again tonight.
