Seeing no storms in area, We Launched At 6:00 in a steady rain and 2 Ft. chop ran out to 23 Fow. Started with the crank program. They wanted nothing to do with it. So made a quick change to Smiley blades and meat. Dredged on bottom.. Most fish came on the down rods and 3 Oz. bouncers.. Great but wet day..

Scotty.. You and your crew have been on top of it all season also..

Nice fish Frank.. We have noticed that also, Only thing can think of is loads of bait fish this season.. Making for easy meals.. Seems you got to put it in front of there faces, And keep a close eye on your boards for the lite biters and followers that swim along after they bite.. They are healthy fish and have bee Irking up 2-3 inch shiners,, Have been having to clean the box out after each trip,

Fish from the 2 trips this week. 25-30 FOW all fish coming on cranks, 1.7 MPH. Fishing is still on fire..

Launched at 5:30 back on trailer at 8:00 Ran out of Gambills to some of the deepest water fished all year.. Changed the program to all plastic. Fish are sliding deeper for sure..

Fished some deep water haunts Sat. 32 Ft. Same program Purple copper up high early. Then Blue and silver with big silver smiley blades dredged on bottom as sun got brighter, Ended up with 18.40 Lbs for Standish tourney, Good for 8th place, Did have one nice 6.45 kicker in the mix.

7-7-13..The bite remains red hot, With a steady full screen, You cant miss. !6 Ft. Blue-silver beads and silver smiley blade were on fire today..

You bet Frank.. Don't forget Eye have my own Grumpy guy onboard also. LOL.

Finally work is slowing a little. Been able to hit a few tourneys the last 2 Saturdays.. Fished the Augres fireman's tourney and a fun tourney. Fishing has been on fire, With big fish coming from deep and cleaner waters. Just about anything you put in the water has been working..

Nice fish guys!! Was in that same spot Sunday..
