  1. Fished the zoo for a bunch of hours on saturday morning. Not much going on for us. Fished with a my buddy Mitch. He was able to land a nice 20ish inch walleye on a chrome tot with chrt ladderback/herringbone. Other than that I think we hooked up with some trees on the bottom of the river. Never seen another boat on the river. It was nice....haha....Was a little fast and mildly colored.
  2. Mike that 36 billion dollars was a quarterly profit....They will do that four more times this year. What is that 132 billion dollar a year buisness? On a note along with what the wife is talking about. We as michigan voters should NEVER have voted out utility regulation. We somehow shot ourselfs in the foot. Maybe it is time again to regulate the utilities since they think it is fair to gouge us as well. All this stuff about the war rising prices per barrel up, don't we import about 80% of our oil from Canada anywho?
  3. Hey Timmy glad to see you could join us over here too.
  4. Whut up Kenneth. Are we gonna get out ice fishing again or what?
  5. Depends on the day but more times than not yes. I target shallower water. However I recall a day fishing out of Muskegon in the middle of november in about 90 foot of water and mopping up on some fish. It was a mixed bag of kings and steelies. And generally yes the parking lots are much less full than in prime season. A lot of it is the fair weather factor.
  6. Also fished the Zoo on Saturday Morning. Fished from dawn to about noon thirty. We went 2 for 3 on steel and somehow my partner managed a big redhorse sucker on a tot. All our fish came on hardware. We brought some spawn with us but never got it wet. one the big fish (the one I caught) went 10lbs 4oz. That was tricked by a rainbow trout colored rattle tot. The other steelie that was landed was a small skipper on a chrome with chrt ladder back. That also took the sucker and the other steelie we had hit. It was a beautiful day on the river. -Jim
  7. Not only salmon are left in the lake. In fact I find I switch over more to browns and steelhead catches when the majority of hte kings shoot up the rivers.
  8. I never winterize my Lund. It is available to me 365 days a year. Now the weather plays more of a role of me going after fish than anything.
  9. i have the "Sixshooter" and the "Half Dozen"
