  4. Congratulations on a great first year Shannon. I want to do a little story about hat you did and things you might do differently--sort of a primer to help guys in other ports start a league. Will PM you a list of questions.

Thanks and once again, GREAT JOB!

    Dave

  5. Also wanted to thank everyone that fished with us, this was our first year and we had alot of fun doing this we had 24 different boats fish with us and got to meet some new fisherman/friends hopefully next year you all want to do it again! We do see where some changes could be done but we,ll go over it in the next few months and get some input from all of you. Thanks Guys :thumb:

  6. Congrats to Lazy K II for a first place finish which placed him at the top of the board in overall standings :thumb: fishing was tough for most of us yesterday we only had two boats come in to the scales with 5 fish to weigh

Rockin Robin won big fish with a 13lb king

Also want to give a big thanks to Dave Mull for stopping by and donating some prizes to every boat

  7. Hi Guys,

A friend who runs a tackle company asked me about fishing leagues on Lake Michigan, and I only know of a couple. He's interested in sponsoring the smaller, regular, weeknight and weekend contests, and possibly doing something to crown a Lake Michigan champion. I have heard of a couple in Michigan--there's one in South Haven, no? I'd have fished it this year if I'd have had a boat! If you guys can supply me with any info on who is running a league on our side of the lake and anything else pertinent about the events, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

    Dave

Hi Dave, I run the South Haven Fishing League
