  1. I had the same problem. The short answer is time on the water watching little yellow boards. Even with tattle flags the bite can be hard to pick up, add bigger waves even harder. I try to run all the same weight on one side, helps to keep boards in same line. If one starts moving back or the back end drops a little lower in the water check it.
  2. Friend of mine from Yale has been nailing them in Waterfowl bay. The same program that you have been running in LSC.
  3. Just returned from Leland Monday night. Fished the first drop off and out to about 6 miles. Used Moonshine UV lures on downriggers 55 to 75 ft down. Glow/white fishcatcher with baitheads on wire dipsy 200 to 230. Most boats were heading out 13 miles to the north end of the island. My daughters did not want to run that far! Fished 2 mornings and 1 afternoon was 6 for 9 on kings and had the lake to ourself
  4. Was fishing off Caseville last week and running just about the same program. Was 14 for 18 on the eye's with my 10 and 11 year old daughters. Going back on thrusday. We were between C island and the main land 24' of water and not a boat around us! We also ran a pink pa's 120' back that took four fish. The largest was 25" the rest were 18" to 22"
  5. Hope to be on the bay the middle of next week. Going to start in Linwood and work my way north. What color blade did they prefer?
